Privacy Policy for Mobile Applications
This Privacy Policy explains how Net Income CZ s.r.o. ("Net Income", "we", "us" or "our") handles information in connection with its Android mobile applications, including Boxing Round Interval Timer (package name: com.netincome.boxingroundintervaltimer), collectively referred to as the "Application".

1. Information we collect
The Application does not require you to create an account with Net Income unless an account feature is explicitly shown inside the Application.
Information you provide
We may receive information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us, request support, submit feedback, or request deletion of your data. This may include your name, email address, the content of your message, and technical information you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically
Depending on the Application version and the services enabled in it, the Application and its third-party service providers may automatically process limited device and usage information, such as:
- device type, operating system version, language, and application version;
- IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;
- application interactions, session information, diagnostics, and crash reports;
- advertising identifiers or similar device identifiers, where permitted by your device settings and applicable law;
- purchase and subscription status supplied by Google Play, where the Application offers in-app purchases.
The exact data processed depends on the features and third-party software development kits used by the current version of the Application. Our declarations in the Google Play Data safety section are intended to reflect the current version of the Application.
2. How we use information
We may process information for the following purposes:
- to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Application;
- to save settings and provide requested functionality;
- to diagnose crashes, technical problems, fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- to measure application performance and understand how features are used;
- to provide customer support and respond to requests;
- to display, measure, and limit advertising, where advertising is included;
- to process and verify purchases through Google Play;
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
3. Third-party services and data sharing
The Application may use third-party services for functions such as application distribution, payments, advertising, analytics, diagnostics, and crash reporting. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and instructions.
We may share information with service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, analyse, monetise, or support the Application. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to a lawful request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Net Income, or others.
We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising providers may process device identifiers and usage information to provide or measure advertising, subject to your consent, device settings, and applicable law.
4. Data deletion requests
You may request deletion of personal data associated with the Application at any time.
To submit a deletion request, send an email to info@netincome.cz with the subject "Data Deletion Request – Boxing Round Interval Timer".
Please include:
- the name of the Application;
- the email address previously used to contact us, if applicable;
- any relevant user, purchase, or device identifier shown in the Application, if one exists;
- a brief description of the data you want deleted.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request relates to you. We will confirm receipt and process a valid request without undue delay, normally within 30 days. We will delete or anonymise personal data under our control unless retention is required for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or enforcement of agreements. Where data is retained, it will be kept only for the required purpose and period.
The Application generally stores preferences and timer settings locally on your device. You can delete locally stored data by using Android's Settings → Apps → Boxing Round Interval Timer → Storage → Clear data, or by uninstalling the Application.
Some information may be processed independently by third-party providers such as Google Play or an advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting provider. We will assist with requests relating to data under our control, but you may also need to use the privacy controls or deletion process offered by the relevant provider.
5. Accounts
Boxing Round Interval Timer does not currently require users to create a Net Income account. Therefore, there is normally no application account to delete. The deletion procedure above remains available for support correspondence and any other personal data that may be under our control.
If a future version allows account creation, users will be provided with a readily accessible method to request deletion of the account and the personal data associated with it, both from within the Application and through an external web resource.
6. Data retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the reason it was collected, and legal or security requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Children's privacy
The Application is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at info@netincome.cz. We will review the request and delete the information where required.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning your personal data, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may exercise these rights by contacting us.
You can also manage advertising permissions, reset or delete your advertising identifier, and control application permissions through your Android device settings.
9. Third-party links
The Application may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Please review the privacy policy of any third-party service you use.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application, legal requirements, or our data practices change. We will publish the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated in the Application or through another appropriate channel.
