Application Privacy Statement

1. Information we collect

The Application does not require you to create an account with Net Income unless an account feature is explicitly shown inside the Application.

Information you provide

We may receive information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us, request support, submit feedback, or request deletion of your data. This may include your name, email address, the content of your message, and technical information you choose to provide.

Photos (Six Pack Please: AI Photo)

Six Pack Please: AI Photo lets you choose a photo from your gallery or take a new one with your camera. The Application sends that photo to our server, where our AI provider edits it to create the image you asked for. Section 4 explains how photos are handled.

Information collected automatically

Depending on the Application version and the services enabled in it, the Application and its third-party service providers may automatically process limited device and usage information, such as:

• device type, operating system version, language, and application version;
• IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;
• application interactions, session information, diagnostics, and crash reports;
• advertising identifiers or similar device identifiers, where permitted by your device settings and applicable law;
• purchase and subscription status supplied by Google Play, where the Application offers in-app purchases.

The exact data processed depends on the features and third-party software development kits used by the current version of the Application. Our declarations in the Google Play Data safety section are intended to reflect the current version of the Application.

2. How we use information

We may process information for the following purposes:

• to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Application;
• to save settings and provide requested functionality;
• to generate the AI-edited images you request and to keep that feature safe, as described in section 4;
• to diagnose crashes, technical problems, fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
• to measure application performance and understand how features are used;
• to provide customer support and respond to requests;
• to display, measure, and limit advertising, where advertising is included;
• to process and verify purchases through Google Play;
• to comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

3. Third-party services and data sharing

The Application may use third-party services for functions such as application distribution, payments, advertising, analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, and AI image processing. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and instructions. Six Pack Please: AI Photo edits photos with an external AI provider, as described in section 4.

We may share information with service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, analyse, monetise, or support the Application. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to a lawful request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Net Income, or others.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising providers may process device identifiers and usage information to provide or measure advertising, subject to your consent, device settings, and applicable law.

4. Photos and AI processing (Six Pack Please: AI Photo)

This section applies only to Six Pack Please: AI Photo.

• What we process: the photo you choose or take, and the style and muscle volume options you select. Before sending the photo, the Application reduces its size and removes its metadata (EXIF), such as the location where it was taken.
• Why: only to create the AI-edited image you asked for, and to run automated safety checks that refuse photos showing nudity or children, in line with the rules shown in the Application.
• Our server: the photo is sent over an encrypted connection to our server in the European Union (hosted by Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany). For now, we keep a copy of each uploaded photo and of the edited image created from it for up to 7 days (see "Photos kept for checking" below). Apart from that copy, the uploaded photo is deleted as soon as it has been processed, and the edited image is deleted once the Application has downloaded it; if the Application does not collect it, for example because you closed it during processing, it is deleted automatically within 20 minutes.
• AI provider: the edit itself is made by an external AI provider, which receives the photo, our editing instructions and the chosen options only to create the edited image for us. Our AI provider does not use your photos or the edited images to train its AI models. To detect and prevent misuse of its service, the provider may keep this data for a limited period, after which it is deleted; content flagged by its automated safety systems may be reviewed by its authorised staff. The provider may process the data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
• Current AI provider: OpenAI (OpenAI API), which keeps the data described above for up to 30 days. For details, see Enterprise privacy at OpenAI and the OpenAI Privacy Policy. If we change the provider, we will update this section.
• Results: the edited image is returned to your device. It is saved to your gallery only when you tap Save and shared only when you choose Share. Edited images may contain an invisible watermark or metadata added by the AI provider that identifies them as created by AI.
• Photos kept for checking: for a limited time while we improve the Application, we keep each uploaded photo, the edited image created from it (if one was created) and the chosen style and volume on our server for up to 7 days. This includes photos refused by the automated safety checks, but not requests you cancelled. Only our authorised staff can access them, and only to check the quality of the edited images and whether refusals were correct, and to improve the Application and its safety filters. They are then deleted automatically. We will update this section when this temporary measure ends.
• Reports: if you report an edited image as inappropriate, we receive the reason you selected and the chosen style and volume, and we may also receive the reported image. We use reports to review the content and improve our safety filters. Reported images are deleted within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
• What we do not do: we do not use your photos to identify you, we do not create biometric templates, we do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not sell your photos or use them for advertising.
• Your part: use only photos of yourself or of someone who has agreed to it, and do not use photos of anyone under 18 or nude photos.

We process photos to provide the service you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Reported images, photos and edited images kept for checking, and the temporary retention by our AI provider described above, serve our legitimate interest in keeping the Application and the AI service safe and preventing their misuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Data deletion requests

You may request deletion of personal data associated with the Application at any time.

To submit a deletion request, send an email to info@netincome.cz with the subject "Data Deletion Request – [application name]", for example "Data Deletion Request – Six Pack Please: AI Photo".

Please include:

• the name of the Application;
• the email address previously used to contact us, if applicable;
• any relevant user, purchase, or device identifier shown in the Application, if one exists;
• a brief description of the data you want deleted.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request relates to you. We will confirm receipt and process a valid request without undue delay, normally within 30 days. We will delete or anonymise personal data under our control unless retention is required for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or enforcement of agreements. Where data is retained, it will be kept only for the required purpose and period.

The Application generally stores preferences and settings (for example, timer settings) locally on your device. You can delete locally stored data by using Android's Settings → Apps → [application name] → Storage → Clear data, or by uninstalling the Application. Images you saved from Six Pack Please: AI Photo are stored in your device gallery and can be deleted there.

Some information may be processed independently by third-party providers such as Google Play or an advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting provider. We will assist with requests relating to data under our control, but you may also need to use the privacy controls or deletion process offered by the relevant provider.

6. Accounts

Our Applications, including Boxing Round Interval Timer and Six Pack Please: AI Photo, do not currently require users to create a Net Income account. Therefore, there is normally no application account to delete. The deletion procedure above remains available for support correspondence and any other personal data that may be under our control.

If a future version allows account creation, users will be provided with a readily accessible method to request deletion of the account and the personal data associated with it, both from within the Application and through an external web resource.

7. Data retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the reason it was collected, and legal or security requirements. Retention of photos in Six Pack Please: AI Photo is described in section 4.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Children's privacy

The Application is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at info@netincome.cz. We will review the request and delete the information where required.

Six Pack Please: AI Photo is intended only for users aged 18 and over and must not be used with photos of anyone under 18.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning your personal data, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may exercise these rights by contacting us.

You can also manage advertising permissions, reset or delete your advertising identifier, and control application permissions through your Android device settings.

10. Third-party links

The Application may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Please review the privacy policy of any third-party service you use.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application, legal requirements, or our data practices change. We will publish the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated in the Application or through another appropriate channel.
